You can give notice of your new address, to the office of the Revenu Québec in your area, via the Internet, in writing, by telephone or in person.

To have your address changed, be sure to have the following on hand:

 

• Your social insurance number
• Your date of birth
• Your postal code
  
   
• The amount on line 199 of your last income tax return.
