Foreign pensions

The Government of Québec has signed social security agreements with 30 countries. If you receive a pension from one of these countries and you want to give notice of a change of address, you must:

• Phone the Bureau des ententes de sécurité sociale and provide: 
  • Your Canadian social insurance number (SIN); 
  • your social insurance number from the country that issues the pension.
